Job Title: ICT Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT solutions expert to support Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About You
  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps methodologies, and cloud architecture is essential.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation is required.
  • Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills are necessary.
  • An active NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
About the Role
  • The successful candidate will drive observability in platform tools and capabilities.
  • The person will identify and mitigate release engineering risks during work planning.
  • They will improve developer productivity, release frequency, and operational outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining continuous integration/continuous deployment functionality.
  • The candidate will automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration for reliable environment management.
  • Additional duties include planning, automating, testing, and deploying databases using pipelines.
  • Cultivating relationships internally and externally, offering mentorship as needed.
