Assistant Director - ICT Software Asset Management Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Assistant Director - ICT Software Asset Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of asset officers managing all aspects of the software asset management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, building, and owning the Service Portfolio catalogues, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Exercising sound judgement to produce high-level policy advice and operational support.
  • Coordinating and assuming responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience leading teams to deliver ICT services through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Demonstrated experience with ICT Software Asset Management.
  • Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agencies.
  • High-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions.
