Role Overview

The Technology and Information Management (TAIM) team maintains the ICT infrastructure and provides strategic leadership, governance, solutions, and advice for effective information management.

The ICT Business Engagement Team is the link between technical areas and business areas, providing analyst support to projects, application development, and enhancements, as well as business improvement initiatives.

This role works independently to support significant technology changes to ICT and digital capabilities and deliver components of the ICT and Digital Strategy 2028.

This role may work on multiple complex projects and smaller initiatives involving application enhancements and other business improvement initiatives that align with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit requirements through interviews and analysis
  • Develop project plans and reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Conduct system certifications and develop guidance materials
Required Skills
  • Formal ICT or Business Analytics qualifications and/or Project Management qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
  • Character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check)
  • Employee Health Declaration
  • Six months probationary period for new engagements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
