About the Role

This is a significant opportunity to lead change initiatives across a complex, multi-year transformation program.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive leader who can drive the successful delivery of change initiatives that align with our transformation roadmap.

The Change Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading full delivery of change initiatives, assessing the impact of change, analyzing key stakeholders, and developing strategies to support each area of the business.

Additional responsibilities include identifying training needs, creating practical training plans, overseeing delivery, and ensuring employees are ready for new systems, processes, and ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, and readiness assessments within a complex business environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead high performing change delivery teams and coach & mentor internal change agents
  • Strong relationships and alignment with stakeholders across diverse business units, including senior leaders
  • Hands-on expertise in change management, training needs analysis, and readiness assessments
  • Adaptable and proactive, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced transformation program
