Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic governance and oversight of the transformation portfolio to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • End-to-end management of the project pipeline, including initiation and prioritisation of projects to meet business needs.
  • Tracking critical activities and providing independent quality assurance to maintain high standards.
  • Driving ongoing uplift and continuous improvement of governance frameworks to enhance stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Program Management or a related field.
  • Significant experience in consulting or government environments, focusing on program management and administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management tools and the development of reports and dashboards for executives, management teams, and project managers.
  • Strong commitment to customer experience, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
