Aged Care Assessments Director

The role of Aged Care Assessments Director is to lead the delivery of high-quality services within a VIC3 Service Area. This involves leading internal and external stakeholders, driving cross-agency collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
This position requires strategic planning and implementation skills to improve service delivery and quality.
About the Role- Manage governance frameworks to ensure timely reporting to meet departmental requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to achieve effective outcomes and drive cross-agency collaboration.
- Lead and manage well-trained staff to deliver assessment services.
