Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small sized residential aged care home. This is an opportunity to work with a large organisation that offers salary packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of a small sized residential aged care facility
  2. Lead a quality team and ensure high standards are maintained
  3. Demonstrate knowledge in ACFI and accreditation standards
  4. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  5. Stay up to date with the changing environment of aged care
  6. Maintain strong relationships with staff, residents and stakeholders
  7. Utilise online systems to manage operations

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (DIV 1)
  • Experience managing a residential aged care facility as a DON/FM/Site Manager or extensive Clinical Management experience seeking a step up
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
