Job Role:

An Aged Care Assessment Delegate is responsible for evaluating client needs through clinical assessments. This critical role contributes to determining the best course of action for individuals requiring aged care services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess clients' requirements through thorough triage evaluations.
  • Identify eligibility for an Aged Care Needs Assessment, determine assessment type, priority, and allocate tasks accordingly.
