Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Itbility. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions to meet business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to implement those improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in the Insurance domain as a Business Analyst.
- Exposure to business process automation (RPA).
- End-to-end knowledge in case/claim creation and benefit processing flows.
- Experience in payment calculation logic for different beneficiaries like workers, spouses, and dependents.
- Experience in working with documents, e-forms, case notes creation, and processing.
- Experience in automation processes.
- Engage with Product Owners and Business SMEs to gather scope information for current and future releases.
- Prepare and host elaboration sessions with Development and Test teams and Product Owners to understand story requirements and come up with story estimates.
- Experience in the insurance domain.
- Full working rights in Australia.
