Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents by providing them with personalized care and support.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be required to participate in the development and review of resident care plans, ensuring that each individual's needs are met and their dignity is respected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
  • Demonstrated solid experience in Aged Care;
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day week;
  • Current National Police Certificate or ability to obtain.
