Aged Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Aged Care Support Professional to join our team at our Residential Aged Care home in Warwick.
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be compassionate, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, and accessing on-site social activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care is delivered.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Certificate 3 in Individual Support and current certifications in First Aid and CPR. You must also hold a current NDIS Check and Police Check, as well as valid Australian Work Rights.
