About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with laundry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a support work or aged/disability care setting.
  • First Aid Certification (an asset).
  • Working with Children Check (an asset).
  • National Police Certificate (an asset).
  • Driver Licence (an asset).
