As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and live in their chosen community. You will cover areas of the Southern Downs, including Warwick, Stanthorpe, Killarney, Pratten, Allora, Wallangarra, and surrounding regions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as showering, dressing, and continence care
  • Supporting clients with cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, and other household tasks
  • Transporting clients to appointments and undertaking personal shopping
  • Collaborating with clients to develop personalized care plans

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current driver's license and willingness to use your own insured vehicle for work purposes (kilometers reimbursed)
  • Physical capacity to perform the required duties, including manual handling and housework
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • Possession of a National Police Check, or willingness to complete one
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification
