**About Us**:

**Responsibilities**:
As a Home Care Employee (Qualified) and Domestic Assistant (Unqualified), your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks and offer flexible work hours. We prioritize the well-being of the elderly and support our employees in creating a meaningful difference.

**Essential Requirements**:
We're looking for individuals who possess the following:

- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated empathy and a caring approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
- Proficiency in using a smartphone/tablet or willingness to learn

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
- Competency in medication administration
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s License
