Senior Occupational Therapist - Home Modifications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our home modifications service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients requiring home assessments and reviews
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized plans for home modifications
  • Work from home model with no clinic/office attendance required
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong background in community care or aged care preferred
  • AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
  • Exceptional clinical reasoning, independence, and time management skills
