Occupational Therapist Home Care

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in home care delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions to older people.

The goal of this role is to help individuals maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients under aged care funding programs.
  • Focus on rehabilitation and restorative care models.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop individualised programs.
  • Postgraduate experience working with aged care clients in community settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care principles.
