Home Care Occupational Therapist

As a Casual Occupational Therapist, you will work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. You will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services, assessing and developing individualized plans to enhance daily living skills and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
- Assess and develop individualized plans to enhance daily living skills and independence
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct home modifications to ensure safe and accessible living environments
- Occupational Therapy Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, approved by AHPRA
- Full Registration with AHPRA
- Strong understanding of age care and disability support
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance
