About the role

Position available for:

1 x Senior Occupational Therapist

1 x Graduate Occupational Therapist

We seek a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include c

ollaborating with a multidisciplinary team and liaising with other healthcare providers, in delivering community-based services, conducting assessments, developing and implementing tailored care plans to support clients in their daily living activities.

This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and excellent opportunities for professional development. A part-time position is also available.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in the client's home to identify client needs and develop customised intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with professional standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Promote and advocate for the profession of occupational therapy within the community.

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
  • Proficient in the use of digital technologies and client management software
  • Experience with assistive technology prescribing to meet individual needs
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
