Key Finance Position

The key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This involves overseeing the reconciliation of the balance sheet, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective action.

Collaboration with IT and operations is crucial to guarantee that ERP modules are correctly configured to meet business needs.

This position requires the development of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility across finance and operations.

Preparation of monthly management reports, including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary, is also a key responsibility.

A detailed inventory analysis, including valuation, movements, and cost allocation, is necessary for effective financial planning.

Partnership with operations and supply chain teams is essential to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance.

Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units is critical to ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role involves conducting product costing and profitability analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Additionally, capital expenditure tracking and ROI analysis for new investments will be required.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA/CPA qualification and have a degree in Accounting/Finance or similar. They should possess experience in inventory/product-based environments, expertise in ERP migration/troubleshooting, and excellent analytical skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when addressing senior leadership teams, are also essential for success in this role.
