• Oversee the preparation and analysis of comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is mandatory.
• Substantial experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry or a product/inventory related industry is required.
• Previous experience within a chartered environment – audit, business services (ideal) – is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements is necessary.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is essential.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities are required.
