Financial Transformation Leader

Key role available for a management accountant who can provide leadership in financial processes and drive business transformation.

About The Position

This is an immediate start opportunity with the option to convert to permanent after six months. The right candidate will have genuine freedom to improve processes, work alongside an experienced CFO, and enjoy a competitive salary package.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the review and reconciliation of the balance sheet, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure effective ERP module configuration
  • Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility across finance and operations
  • Prepare monthly management reports including profit and loss, variance analysis, and commentary
  • Conduct detailed inventory analysis including valuation, movements, and cost allocation
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
  • Perform product costing and profitability analysis
  • Assist with capital expenditure tracking and ROI analysis for new investments
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in an inventory/product-based environment
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and partner with operations
  • Strong analytical skills - inventory and profitability analysis etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
