Job Description Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Manage financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor the Accounting & Finance team to achieve performance goals.
Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial risk management practices.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational needs.
Ensure the integrity of financial systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Finance will be able to demonstrate: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accreditation such as CA or CPA.
Proven leadership skills with ability to grow the team.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Ability to present and engage with senior leaders, including business owners.
What's on Offer Negotiable salary package, approximately $200 K + super.
Permanent, full-time position.
Altona location.
