Job Title: Direct Care Worker

Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Cleve District Hospital & Aged Care, Crestview Hostel are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join their team as a DIRECT CARE WORKER.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to residents, assisting with daily living tasks, and contributing to their emotional and social well-being. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AQF Certificate III (WHA3) or Certificate IV (WHA4) in a relevant field
  • Experience in direct care services, particularly with aged, frail, or disabled individuals
  • Strong commitment to customer service and quality care
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement, while collaborating with the team
