Compassionate Care Provider

As a Care Worker, you will provide support and care to residents in our aged care home. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and mealtime assistance. You will also be responsible for helping with medication and simple wound dressings.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance to residents
- Assist with medication and wound care
- Support residents in community-based recreational activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience in aged or community care is highly valued. We are looking for adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful individuals who can deliver compassionate care.
