Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalized care plans.
- Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all.
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs.
