Compassionate Care Provider

This role involves providing exceptional support to residents in a dynamic and compassionate environment. A Personal Care Attendant will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily care services, promoting independence and well-being among the residents.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure that residents receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering safe and effective personal care services to residents based on their individualized care plans
- Providing kind, respectful, and supportive care that empowers residents to maintain their independence
- Assisting residents with various tasks such as medical support, domestic cleaning, and administrative duties
- Supporting recreational and social activities that foster a sense of community among residents
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to resident care and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance (essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (mandatory)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 Vaccinations (necessary)
