Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inbound calls from families seeking guidance and assistance in arranging a funeral.
  • Coordinate the logistics of funeral delivery with our state-based service providers and communicate with families to ensure their comfort with the process.
  • Provide overarching support to families, going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of content and resources that empower our customers to make informed decisions.
