This role offers a unique opportunity to serve families in their time of need.

As an Arranger Conductor, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the funeral service, ensuring a dignified and memorable experience for the deceased and their loved ones.

Duties:

  • Plan and coordinate funeral services, providing options and solutions for families
  • Work closely with families from initial contact to guide them through the process
  • Implement funeral plans on the day, direct teams and provide support to families

About You:

  • You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on delivery, problem-solving and satisfaction
  • You possess a professional attitude, empathy and compassion when interacting with grieving families and the deceased
  • You are excellent in communication and attention to detail, with a full unrestricted driver's license
