What your day will look like….
You'll be at the heart of coordinating care—balancing rosters, tracking service hours, and ensuring our Home Care Workers are supported and scheduled efficiently. Your day will be a blend of meaningful interactions: liaising with clients and carers to understand their evolving needs, collaborating with internal teams to maintain high-quality service, and keeping our systems running smoothly with accurate data entry and reporting. Whether you're reviewing care plans, updating training records, or helping monitor service satisfaction, every task you take on contributes to safer, more personalised care for our community.
Let's talk about you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can inspire the following:
- Compassion – you will engage with others and demonstrate empathy, care, kindness, support and understanding.
- Integrity – you are open, honest, approachable, equitable and consistent in everything we do.
- Dignity – you treat others with respect, display reasonableness and take pride in what you do.
- Innovation – you embrace change and strive to know more, learn more and do better.
- Courage – you respectfully question for clarity and have the strength and confidence to Speak Up.
