About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Administrator to join our team. As a Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for administering enterprise software platforms, providing technical and user support, and working closely with the Support Lead and other support staff in the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of off-the-shelf software platforms, including Donesafe and DocuSign. You will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking the maintenance and support for these platforms, planning releases, change-requests, and patching when needed.

You will also act as the liaison point for any platform support requests that need to be escalated to the vendor. Your duties will include:

  • Providing technical and user support for the COTS platforms, ensuring that support requests are resolved efficiently and in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Maintaining and monitoring a development schedule that identifies the future deployment roadmap for requested functionality, identifying possible risks and likely delivery timeframes.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of the current, and proposed, system configurations for these platforms.
  • Managing the configuration of these platforms to deliver the business capabilities identified by the internal platform roadmap, coordinating where needed with business and IM&T teams to create and manage the associated release planning and change requests.
