Senior Enterprise Software Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to a multi-disciplinary team focused on managing and enhancing quality end user enabling technologies. This includes Microsoft Windows standard operating environments, mobile and desktop device management, and enterprise collaboration and communication tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, development, maintenance, and support for the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), including desktop productivity software and corporate device configurations.
- Packaging and deployment of applications.
- Management of automated patching processes.
- Providing expert technical advice across supported platforms and services.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues escalated from service desk and Level 2 teams.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and policy enforcement.
- Expert knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Group Policy configuration.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Mobile Access Management (MAM) through Intune.
- MECM (SCCM) and Intune skills including SOE creation/maintenance, application packaging, and patching.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, excellent communication skills, and dedication to development as part of a team are essential qualities for this role.
