Enterprise Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and evolve our software governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement software asset management (SAM) strategies aligned with the client's mission.
- Lead software deployment, usage tracking, and compliance initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Mitigate risks related to software availability and licensing to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure procurement and licensing align with client policies and procedures.
- Enhance software asset management tools and maintain accurate records of all software assets.
- Provide expert guidance on software governance and licensing best practices.
- Represent the client in external engagements and vendor negotiations to drive business outcomes.
- Promote knowledge sharing and manage software budgets and resources effectively to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in software licensing, asset management, and vendor negotiation.
- Familiarity with configuration management databases (CMDBs) and enterprise licensing agreements.
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
- Qualifications in Project Management or Systems Engineering.
