About Talent Acquisition

This role involves contributing to the planning and execution of annual talent acquisition strategies. The primary goal is to drive growth across various regions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for recruiting entry-level and junior roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment for entry-level roles.
  • Full cycle recruitment for junior roles.
  • Talent sourcing as requested by the TA team.
  • Applicant screening as requested by the TA team.
  • Preparing job advertisements as requested by the TA team.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure resource needs are met and internal processes are followed.
