We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful hiring outcomes and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for owning the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing and prioritizing reqs and needs of departments
  • Using market knowledge and data to drive a hiring process
  • Working closely with hiring leaders across departments as a strategic advisor

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales/GTM Recruiting and hold self and others accountable for delivering results. They will also have an innate sense of urgency and tenacity, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
