About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires an experienced talent acquisition expert to coach and develop a high-performing team who undertake end-to-end talent acquisition activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and implement innovative approaches to attract and retain Early Childhood professionals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
