This role is responsible for leading the strategic direction of talent acquisition and developing a compelling Employee Value Proposition to attract top talent.
The successful candidate will have minimum 5-7 years recruitment experience in a management role, with a background in a high profile consumer brand and multi-site experience ideal. A tertiary qualification is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of recruitment specialists to deliver business-critical hiring requirements.
- Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to design and implement effective talent attraction plans.
- Leading the implementation of hiring plans or talent pools that address both business demand and availability of talent for short-term and long-term needs.
