About the Role

As an Employment Coach at Endeavour Foundation, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized support and guidance to help our clients succeed in the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build productive partnerships.
  • Collaborate with site managers to promote a culture of continuous improvement and support our clients to achieve their NDIS employment goals.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for Supported Employees to ensure commercial operations are optimized.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform internal and external reporting, ensuring all obligations are met and audit requirements are completed.
  • Work with the site manager to review and improve procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and continual improvement of service delivery.
  • Support Individual Support Planning and NDIS funding reviews, including the development of person-centered support activities that are relevant to the workplace.

Requirements

  • Experience working with people with disabilities in an employment setting or direct support.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centered framework and apply the principles of social justice.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in the workplace, moving from one priority to another.
  • Genuine commitment to the purpose and values of Endeavour Foundation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using current MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to engage with and collaborate effectively with external, internal, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing people with disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management experience.
  • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
  • NDIS clearance.
  • National Police Check clearance.
  • Mental Health First Aid.
