Job Description

We are seeking a HSE Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, conducting HSE inspections and audits, and administering incident and hazard reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in risk assessment and management. They will be able to provide guidance on HSE performance and drive compliance throughout all aspects of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting interactive field leadership activities to steer risk mitigation onsite
  • Analysing project HSE performance and providing guidance
  • Driving HSE competence and compliance throughout all aspects of our services
  • Supporting contract deliverables in all HSE related matters

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety or equivalent
  • 2-3 years site based HSE experience within the resourcing sector (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational and communication skills
