Job SummaryProvide advice and assistance to Transocean personnel in operational integrity and health, safety, and environment (HSE) related aspects of the company's management systems and operations. Monitor the HSE performance of operations within the assigned region for consistency, and offer strategic solutions to operations management, as required.
Job DescriptionKey Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide OI and HSE support to operations by assisting, mentoring, and developing HSE Leads and Rig HSE Advisors within the respective region, both in the office and offshore.
- Support and guide the assigned team in internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and medical support as required.
- Support Operations in meetings with customers, regulators, and upper management as required.
- Support HSE Leads and oversight related to all corporate HSE alerts, advisories, and bulletins in the assigned region.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the HSE management system in the assigned region.
- Assist in the development and implementation of OI and HSE initiatives and programs to promote HSE performance.
- Research and distribute HSE information and initiatives for awareness, liaising with external groups in the region.
- Contribute to CMS documentation as required.
- Provide HSE support to company functions in the region.
