We are seeking a skilled HSE expert to develop and implement comprehensive training programs.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing, and conducting effective HSE training courses that cater to various learning styles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' HSE management systems and legislation.
  • Design engaging HSE training courses that meet the needs of employees across multiple locations.
  • Create tools and methods to monitor the effectiveness of training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

HSE Management & Legislation:

  • Knowledge of local HSE legislation and international standards on HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Familiarity with company management systems and their certification processes.
  • Understanding of social aspect management and Life Cycle Approach.

HSE Risk Management:

  • Knowledge of criteria, standards, techniques, and methodologies for hazards identification during work execution.
  • Understanding of occupational risk assessment and evaluation, including control measures and hierarchy of controls.
  • Familiarity with safety cases and safety-critical elements (including Management of Change and SIMOPS).

HSE Training & Communication:

  • Capability to identify training needs and prepare effective induction and HSE training courses.
  • Knowledge of innovative HSE training and communication initiatives to promote a HSE company culture.
  • Ability to ensure proper communication through Company's HSE communication tools.
  • Familiarity with Company-specific HSE Training Tools.

HSE Work Practices:

  • Knowledge of main risks during operation activities and safe working procedures/practices.
  • Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) purpose, use, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of Permit to Work system.

Health Management System:

  • Knowledge of main principles of Health Management System.

Training:

  • Knowledge of methodologies, theoretical models, and tools for designing, planning, delivering, and evaluating training activities.
  • Ability to design, implement, and manage training initiatives.
  • Familiarity with company policies relating to training and dedicated IT tools.
