We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Trade Production Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Trade Repair team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entering data into SAP and Defence systems
  • Ordering and tracking repair parts
  • Coordinating deliveries to the workshop
  • Supporting stocktakes and managing inventory
  • Performing general administrative tasks and contributing to safety initiatives
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship to obtain Defence clearance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
