Trade Repair Production Clerk

Ventia is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Production Clerk supporting our Trade Repair team. Perfect for someone early in their career, this role offers hands-on experience in admin, logistics, and operations all within a supportive and high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

This full-time role is based at RAAF Base Amberley and offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 3:45 PM), with an early finish at 12:00 PM every Friday.

You'll Be The Go-to Support For Our Trade Repair Team, Helping Things Run Smoothly Behind The Scenes. Your Day-to-day Might Include:

• Entering data and processing work orders in SAP and Defence systems
• Ordering and tracking repair parts
• Coordinating deliveries to the workshop
• Supporting stocktakes and managing inventory
• Taking care of general admin tasks and contributing to safety initiatives

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who's ready to roll up your sleeves, learn quickly, and be part of a team that keeps things moving. You're naturally organised, great with technology, and not afraid to ask questions. Whether you've worked in admin or logistics before or you're just getting started, this is a great opportunity to build your skills.

To be eligible, you'll need to be an Australian citizen so you can obtain Defence clearance, which includes a national police check.
