Remanufacturing Trades Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remanufacturing Trades Assistant to join our team in the day-to-day running of our Muswellbrook facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in store control, receiving, and dispatching remanufactured items.
  • Clean and repair reman components according to established procedures.
  • Disassemble components as required, following established guidelines.
  • Conduct final quality assurance inspections and package units for dispatch with high accuracy.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Requirements:

  • A strong focus on safety and adherence to site safety protocols.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Understanding of mining, earthmoving, and construction equipment.
  • Ability to recognize basic product quality deviations and faults.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
  • Forklift license and spray-painting experience are advantageous.
