Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences by expediting problem payments, addressing guest satisfaction concerns, and efficiently processing check-ins.

  • Facilitate timely resolution of issue resolutions for guests
  • Maintain effective communication channels with staff to ensure prompt response to guest requests
  • Process guest arrivals by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and activating room keys
  • Accurately set up guest accounts upon check-in
  • Anticipate potential room availability issues and secure suitable alternatives when necessary
Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, one must possess exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of adaptability and initiative. The following responsibilities are crucial to the success of the Front Desk Supervisor:

  1. Administer accurate and efficient guest arrival procedures
  2. Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure smooth room readiness
  3. Review daily logs and document pertinent information
  4. Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift
  5. Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to their core duties, the Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for assisting management in various capacities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
