Job Title: Front Office Overnight Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Overnight Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
- Supervising staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
- Ensuring regular on-going communication is happening with employees to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations
- Supporting Management of Front Desk Team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
