Job Title: Front Office Overnight Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Overnight Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
  • Supervising staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
  • Ensuring regular on-going communication is happening with employees to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations
  • Supporting Management of Front Desk Team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
