Customer Service Administrator

As a key member of our Ashmore team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department by positively contributing to daily requirements. You will provide great customer service and accurate information to internal and external customers, while continually developing and improving knowledge of our products and current building codes.
The role involves undertaking a variety of duties, including:
- Providing effective and timely responses to customer requests and contributing to sales targets;
- Continually developing and improving knowledge of our products and remaining up-to-date with current building codes;
- Identifying areas for improvement within sales;
- Working with our credit department and actively supporting fellow members of the customer service team;
- Demonstrating and upholding a commitment to safe work practices and complying with site requirements.
This role is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to succeed in this role and bring the Bradnam's Difference.
To be successful, you'll need to exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
