About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual with previous administration experience in a customer-facing role to join our Ashmore team. As a key member of our department, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and accurate information and completed paperwork for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Administration Liaison include:

  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer requests and contributing to sales targets;
  • Maintaining and continuously developing knowledge of Bradnam's products and staying up-to-date with current building codes;
  • Identifying areas within sales that can be improved;
  • Collaborating with our credit department and supporting fellow members of the customer service team;
  • Demonstrating commitment to safe work practices and adhering to site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign-in processes, and other procedures;

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service and Administration Liaison, you will ideally have:

Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role;A positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices;Excellent communication skills, thriving in a team environment;

The ideal candidate will exhibit a self-motivated attitude, enjoy collaborating with a team, and strive for desired commercial outcomes.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
