About the Role
Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team in Ashmore. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our growing department, ensuring that all internal and external customers receive accurate information and completed paperwork in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and timely responses to customer requests, contributing to sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bradnam's products, staying up-to-date with current building codes and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement within sales and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the credit department to resolve customer queries and support fellow members of the customer service team.
- Adhere to safe work practices, wearing mandatory PPE and following site requirements.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- A positive attitude, with a commitment to safe work practices and a passion for working as part of a team.
