About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at Icon Group. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting clinical trials, providing high-level support to Principal Investigators, and ensuring that clinical research is conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and Icon policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct the clinical trial portfolio, including trial coordination, recruitment, participant and team member education, and communication.
  • Provide high-level support to Icon Principal Investigators in the conduct and day-to-day management of clinical trials.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice, the NHMRC National Statement, and Icon policies.
  • Contribute to the financial management of the business unit, ensuring timely submission of patient payment data.
  • Communicate effectively with trial participants to ensure compliance with trial-related procedures.
  • Actively attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual with relevant research experience. You will have the ability to manage your workflow, build rapport with various stakeholders, and communicate effectively. A background in oncology, haematology, nursing, pharmacy, or a related health science field is highly desirable.
