Senior Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Southern Star Research. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will be responsible for conducting site qualification, interim monitoring, and study closeout visits, as well as managing all aspects of the clinical monitoring process.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site qualification, interim monitoring, and study closeout visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Manage all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, including site initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
- Act as a central point of contact at investigator meetings and site initiation visits to ensure effective communication and collaboration with site stakeholders.
- Build and develop relationships with site stakeholders to ensure successful study execution and site retention.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend new potential investigators and sites on an ongoing basis to support business growth and expansion.
- Mentor junior Clinical Research Associates to ensure knowledge transfer and development of skills and expertise.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years of independent monitoring experience as a Senior Clinical Research Associate.
- A solid understanding and knowledge of appropriate therapeutic indications as they relate to the conduct of clinical trials.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of regulations governing clinical research, including ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to site stakeholders.
- Demonstrated business ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and conduct.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare disciplines.
